Add query handlers to TMCore TMService web.config

The EPiServer Module makes use of the TMCore TMService web service to access TMCore using some optimized TMRQL queries. In order for TMService to recognize those queries they must be registered. To do this, copy the contents of the file config/TMWS-web.config.xml in to the <queries> element of the TMService web application web.config file.
