This element specifies how long the Web3 Job Processing Service waits in between checks of the Job Store for new jobs to process. The element has a single optional attribute named period. The value of this attribute specifies the wait time in milliseconds. If not specified, the default value is 3000 (a three second wait).

This element is a child of the jobService element.
